Blechnum cartilagineum (Gristle Fern)

Often a common species occuring in a range of forested communities, widespread up the east coast of Australia from VIC, NSW through to QLD. Less common in inland juridictions. Rare in the ACT, and listed as vulnerable in TAS. Possibly present in SA, but if it does occur then very very rare.
