Syncarpia glomulifera subsp. glomulifera (Turpentine)

Not Protected NSW. Not gazetted as a Threatened species.

Tall tree with fibrous bark. Leaf surface dull green, lower surface hairy white. Furry cream flowers in late spring with hard with hard globose fruit with 2mm seeds disperse by wind.  Grows on margins of rainforest or in wet sclerophyll forest. Hardy timber tree.
