If you look at the post-anther lobe you will see the same structure as Thelymitra ixioides (Dotted Sun Orchid) . This is another T. ixioides but without the spots which happens. Colour and features like spots can vary or be absent all making identification difficult. If you enlarge the column area you will see the rows of glands at the top which makes this a spotless example of the Spotted Sun Orchid.
