These can be identified mostly by the somewhat unique post-anther lobe at the top of the column. While a little similar to T. juncifolia which also has glands, T. ixioides has 2 - 4 rows of short dark finger-like glands and a more elaborate yellow apex lobes above the hair tufts. Your photo shows this well.
