This species is an R(are) ROTAP known from the south of the Highlands through the Shoalhaven to Ulladulla. It can be locally very rare to very common and even dominant in ideal habitat. It is having a particularly good flowering season this year, especially in burnt habitat where competition from larger and woody species has been temporarily reduced.
