A scribbly gum but there are two possible species in that area: E.racemosa subsp racemosa, and E.haemastoma (southern limit of its range). Plus they intergrade as well. So best we can say without photos of the buds, fruit and juvenile leaves is Eucalypt species. Juvenile leaves are all important to seperate the two.
