This may be Thelymitra nuda, largely because it is freely open, pauciflora seems reluctant to open so much. Also the hair tufts on the mitra look more like nuda.
These are interesting looking flowers. I don't have my reference books with me at the moment, but I'll have a look again when I do. They look like they are in the pauciflora group to me, but maybe not pauciflora itself.
