Agree with Graham Winterflood on iNat. jb2602 - if you get an ID on iNat ahead of getting IDed on Nature Mapr for dragons/damsels, it would be awesome if you can please add a comment on here indicating who IDed and what the ID is from iNat. Reiner and Graham I think are two of the main IDers over there, and know there stuff.

Acoording to Graham Winterflood, iNat: The yellow pointed mark on side of mid-rear thorax is long. On Sydney Flatwing the mark is truncated.
