The previous day a staff member at Fitzroy Falls let the Glossy Gang of GITM know that glossies were being seen in the carpark & on the West Rim Walking Track. The photographer, LSH, visited Fitzroy Falls the next morning (15th) & talked with the staff member at reception. The glossies with a juvenile had been quite noisy at the carpark the previous day. After checking out the West Rim Walking Track, the photographer found a glossy family on the East Rim Walking Track. The parents, after a brief showing, disappeared into the cover of the trees. The juvenile/subadult was more visible (uploaded separately). On the way out of the park, LSH thanked the staff member at reception.
