Seen every morning in the same tree ( no nest) possible vantage point for prey.

The legs on this bird are a pale whitish colour, not yellow as in a hobby, and are much longer than I’d expect for a hobby. Bird itself looks large (not sure how you’re judging size?) and to me has the overall giss of a brown falcon. Furthermore, the cheek patch extends until right under the eye, which rules out hobby (cheek is much less pronounced in longipennis)
