User's notes

Growing on a mature sassafras tree. This particular plant has been in this location for some years but this is the first time I've noticed it in flower. Sometimes I find the same orchid fallen on the ground so obviously there are more orchids in the canopy. These are relatively common below Carrington Falls, Belmore Falls and Bridal Veil Falls.
