User's notes

In looking at some case moths on iNaturalist, I think this moth might be Lepidoscia lainodes. The case is tiny, less than 10mm in length. I've seen similar cases around the garden and presently there are 5 on nearby cordylines. The first 3 images above were taken yesterday on the 18th. I took image 4 this morning.

I am assuming the moth did, but I didn't see it emerge. It was on the case when I saw it.
