I believe this is C. ustulata. With C. moschata what you will see is labellum sidelobes margins are entire, which is to say the raised edges at either side of labellum back towards the base are smooth without teeth (any teeth on the edge of the midlobe stop at the beginning of the sidelobe). Where C. ustulata is different and teeth continue back along the margin/edge to the back of the labellum. These are called teeth but look like storks with little knobs on the ends. I think your first photo shows this feature quite well.

Sorry your subsequent record has made me rethink this. C. ustulata should not be in your area and is found further south with some possible overlap around the northern ACT/NSW border.
