I think this might be D. dendrobioides based on the November flowering period and blotchy appearance. Also the PlantNet key splits D. dendrobioides from D. punctata based on the "Petal claw gradually expanded into the lamina" (D. dendrobioides) vs. "Petal lamina suddenly expanded at the apex of the claw" (D. punctata). (The claw refers to the petal 'stalk' and lamina refers to the big 'round parts' of the petal; tennis racket vs. badminton racket). Looking at this plant and comparing it to images of both species I feel this is a better fit for D. dendrobioides.
