This might actually be D. punctata. Your plant has yellow at the base of the midlobe between the callus, and is flowering relatively early (October). According to my guides this makes it D. punctata rather than D. dendrobioides (which has been recorded nearby).
I am not familiar with either species, so I will wait to hear what others have to say.

A good find. D. dendrobrioides usually flowers in November or even early December. The one I recorded nearby was on 7 Dec.

Thanks Matt, looks to me to be Diuris punctata, which would be a significant find

Thanks for showing me the plant, Owen, and thanks to those who offered advice on ID. It seems that the plant is in fact D. punctata.
