@ibaird looks pretty close! Especially 4416032 which has the black smudge around its eye. It's wings are sitting a bit flatter, but otherwise it's a pretty good match.

This species looks very similar to ''Oeocophoridae Provisional Species 11' a presumed unnamed Concealer moth species of which there have been multiple sightings for Canberra and Southern Tablelands region of NatureMapr'.

I dont see the typical generic Philobota forewing pattern in this specimen.
