User's notes

Apologies for the poor photo quality and for the lack of a reasonable ID, despite quite a bit of research by myself and Curiosity I really have no idea what moth this is...

Quite like Crocanthes micradelpha, but the antennae are a different colour.

See sighting here: Anisocentropus sp. (genus). A Caddisfly.
A new species for NatureMapr's Southern Highlands region, if approved.

@ibaird, appreciate you pointing us in the direction of a caddisfly! @GlossyGal, I've compared your images with ones of Anisocentropus sp on iNat and think your sighting could be Anisocentropus bicoloratus. However, that would be a new species for NM and I don't have enough info to create a new species listing. Could a Caddisfly expert please have a look at this sighting?

Ooh! This is so interesting! Thank you @ibaird and @Curiosity for persisting with this ID.

OK, it will be up to another insect moderator, not me, to enter the new species into the taxonomy.
