I can see why E. coriacea was suggested but the flowers are too prominent relative to the leaves, and relatively terminal in their position. Whereas coriacea (from the herbarium specimen and some of the PlantNet description) has relatively less prominent flowers that are not primarily terminal in position but continue quite some distance down the stem. The flowers in your specimen appear too large relative to the leaves to match coriacea. So I suggest E. microphylla.
