Using keys from Flora NSW (phyllodes < 1cm wide) and Plantnet (phyllodes > 6 times long as broad) this isn't A. longifolia. However, my flower-bud image shows no pedicels, just a swelling like a fused calyx under each bud - keys suggest a peduncle that should be at least 2mm - can possibly see this!
This area was planted ca 1970 when suburbs established - many Eucs and Hakeas, just a few A. floribunda and a single A. melanoxylon
