Its definetly apiaceae (Carrot/celery/parsley family), parsley is collected before the plant flowers or seeds. I think this is what a mature seeding plant looks like, but I'm not 100% syre.
Possibly Ammi majus, Bishops Weed? https://bie.ala.org.au/species/https://id.biodiversity.org.au/node/apni/2889364 The main leaves look different but could be covered in grass in the sighting, but the little leaflets along the flower stem seem to be matching. I've looked at other similar species and cant find another match for that feature.
