I thought this image looked familiar, I ID'd the fly as C. muelleri yesterday.

T. amaraca lacks yellow on the tergites, has yellow/white tibiae and is less than half the size of C. muelleri. @MichaelMulvaney

The one suggestion that maybe might make sense from iNaturalist is Chrysopogon sp. (genus).
