very cool stuff, looks like these are likely calligaster, I've seen images of young calligasters huddled up next to their mother so I'd assume most of them would look like this :)

Pretty sure this is Neosparassus diana based on the markings. If so, its the first sighting of that species on Southern Highlands Nature Map.

Pleased that you are enjoying the sighting. We are grateful we saw this spider before it was accidently harmed! It's not like any other huntsman we've seen in or outside the house.
