No sharp angular deviation in ante-medial black-edged pale zigzag line, like P. cinereicollis has.

It does appear to have "a strongly contrasting, pale collar" and "a reniform mark with an extended 'tail'" and maybe also "Males have patterned forewings with a lighter grey patch on the inner margin" although this does not quite correspond [SOURCE MoVic Pt9 CD Pages P cinereicollis.]
As far as I can see it does not match any others in MoVic. It may be one I don't know. It certainly is not P. sanguinipuncta.

Yes that is a way better fit than my suggestion, the images in MoV show the problems trying to get a clear photo of the sp too
