User's notes

This has popped up in commercial succulent mix beside Greenhood orchid plants (one part leaf visible in photo), and a small fern. It's about 3cm tall and 1 cm across the cap.

There seem to be some dark spores on the stem, so perhaps Leratiomyces ceres or Hypholoma tuberosum.

I should have pointed out that the black lumps on the cap are the potting mix.
The dark lumps on the stem do look different. Thank you for these potential IDs.
