Michael, this is a female which makes diagnosis between Stout Vicetail (H. heteroclytus) and Southern Vicetail (H. gouldii) even more difficult. Given the location, I'd opt for Stout Vicetail, but the humeral stripe is fairly isolated from the collar as in Southern Vicetail (although this trait can vary somewhat), so I'm not confident in assigning it to one or the other.
