I asked Jackie Miles to have a look at this. She is far better than I at IDing Patersonia to species level. She had difficulty getting onto this siite to make a comment. This was her reply. The short answer is dunno. Better go with Patersonia sp. Could be sericea, glabrata or even fragilis if it is in a wet area (since it is quite a chunky clump). Not enough detail of the base of the clump to see whether it is long or short-stemmed.
